The canker of woyome rightly eats into the seat of government as you rightly put it. That explains why this case has been dragged through almost 2 years without any resolution. Come 2016 and Akuffo Addo will see to the total prosecution of all ndc thieves and jail them; just like he did to Tsikata, the legal guru of the ndc.

The rot of the ndc knows no bounds. They are quick to arrest and prosecute Mr Pele but are not so quick even to implement the recovery of the monies from woyome despite the high court ruling.

Is this court trying to confirm the decision of the earlier court or what? In case this court comes out to find in favour of Wayome, what would happen?
I believe it is a statute of the land that nobody must be tried twice on the same case, but this Wayome is being tried twice and concurrently, though one of the courts has already given its verdict. So where are we going? God save Ghana!
This case must wind up before the coming uprising of the people, otherwise all involved with the case will find themselves in heavy waters! A word to the wise is in the North!!

We are in court because the ndc had no choice. The new AG have simply taken over from where ugly Betty left. The objective is not to seek justice but to manage the fallout.

This is just grandstanding geared towards buying time and also dragging the issues, when the highest court of the land; the Supreme Court has pronounced it's verdict several months ago, that this Woyome character had no contract in the case Citizen Vigilante Martin Alamisi Benz Kaiser Amidu, an upright citizen and true son the land, brought to court against the Mahama NDC gov't and Woyome, that it was a thieving and looting scheme in a policy of create, loot and share and so, Woyome and his accomplices who aided in the looting and thievery should bring back, indeed, return the looted funds.
The Mahama NDC gov't should be compelled to follow the order of the Supreme Court, should follow and apply the law and order of the Court, and return Ghana's looted and stolen funds into the national kitty, and possibly enroll Woyome in the free SHS program, if Agyeman Manu's letter constitutes a contract.
Ghana needs it's stolen money and the Mahama NDC gov't and Woyome should bring Ghana's money back.

These are the established facts of the case. The relationship between woyome and government is at best that of a sub contractor. Facilitating the work of woyome is no way proof of a contract between the two.
The global established principle is principal (government on this occasion)owes no duty of care to a subsubcontractor. The judge has surely heard enough to move on from the issue of whether woyome had a contract with the government.
It is the duty of the judge to ensure that an undue amount of expenditure is not incurred during a trial. He should quickly review all of woyome's purported contacts and make a ruling

In my village, and in other civilized societies if someone owes you money you are allowed to go sit in front of their house till they pay up. Therefore all well meaning Ghanaians should besiege Woyome's house and offices and demand immediate payment. This action is not only legal, but a moral obligation for our country.
