    I think the photographer did not do justice to the woman. I know her very well. While is not the goddess of beauty, she is not as unattractive as she is shown in this picture. some people are just not photogenic.

    Go a month or more with little to no carbs and watch the pounds drop off. Avoid Rice, Fufu, Gari, Corn products for a little while. Walk more and for at least a mile around the block daily.
