Our democracy is NOT matured enough to accommodate UGLY LUXURIES like legalization of homosexuality. We damn well know that some knuckle head individuals in Ghana are predisposed by nature or by environmental life style to go that “dirty way”, BUT HECK, don't think of legalization at this time. Maybe next 99 years!!

What Ghana urgently needs are: Food, Housing, good Education, good paying JOBS, good Health Care (Hospitals & Clinics), good Roads & Transportation, good Sanitation and, above all, GOOD GOVERNANCE.

For instance, I live here in the U.S. and a great supporter of President Obama of the United States, but I'm furiously against him by advancing the theory of legalizing homosexuality in African countries. How the hell do you compare American democracy and its White people since 1776 to Ghana's infant democracy with its African people, where even Regional Ministers & MDCEs are not ELECTED, but appointed; where there is power outage everyday (Dumso Dumso), which is crumbling businesses and your ass is thinking about INSANE stuff like legalizing homosexuality??

The chief psychiatrist himself is an interesting character.But in a country where public servants in position of responsibly do things shabbily without due diligence ,catastrophe of this sort is expected.It was this same hospital Dr Akwasi Osei arbitrarily selected and victimized doctors going about their normal duties simply because they had a confrontation with the medical director whom he wanted to protect.Dr Akwasi Osei displayed gross ignorance and poor judgement in the discharge of his duties in his haste to show where power lies and monkey playing by sizes by picking deliberately picking on the wrong persons and leaving those who truly needed psychiatric assessment.Dr Gabass is just one of numerous doctors with obvious psychosis in that hospital needing mental assessment.But if you have a chief psychiatrist whose judgement is clouded by petty and personal issues,work is left undone with devastating consequences of this nature.It is nice to hear him sound like a Nationalist and a patriotic citizen.Nevertheless if the numerous doctors in Effia Nkwanta with varied degrees of impulse control disorders can escape the notice of the chief psychiatrist with the wrong doctors deliberately and consciously selected to be ironically but paradoxically tugged with a mental illness then there is a very big problem with the system and the duty of the chief psychiatrist.Until Dr Akwasi Osei exihibit due diligence in his duties in fairness and frankness rather than the deliberate ostrich posturing further embarrassment is looming on his head and his integrity will suffer an irreparable damage if the can of worms is fully exposed.He spend good time chasing and victimizing normal people with mental illness on personal grounds in show of solidarity with the MD of the hospital with many frank psychotics needing urgent help running amok in Effia Nkwanta.Some of us are confident Ghanaians will hit the streets in large numbers to resist homosexuality with all alacrity.Cheap propaganda and politicking won't help in this regard.
