Using a tiny sensor mounted UNDER the chasis, the monitoring room knows to the last 5 meters where the fuel tanker is going, so the if a tanker scheduled for Amakom ends up in Adum, they will detect it.

It is one of the uses of the Global Positioning System aka GPS

The process can be made friendly by incorporating some simple supply chain management principles.
1) As soon as a tanker is is loaded, the destination and the tanker company must be informed of quantity and and expected time of delivery.
2) The tanker company must give the driver an approved route to use.
3) The tanker driver must communicate with a despatch department every hour or so to let them know how far they have covered.
4) Communicate to the destination when the tanker is a couple of hours away.
This technology is already available and widely used in the US, China, Japan and Europe. Even taxi cabs are using them nowadays.

Who said we don't know this, your advice. We know all the solutions and the technical issues involved o solve the problem. We are just not willing to implement them because it would take some body's mouth food away. That somebody is funding some party somewhere. Just understand our system and know how it works so that you can penetrate and benefit too. Don't sit in the USA and suggest all sorts of things as if we have not been to school. We have people with PhD in supply chain management working with us. Come home and enjoy the booty. Ok and don't criticise
