Becos if he comes to ghana, he will improve his resume. Every foreign coach that handled ghana improved their resume. Gfa, time to start investing in wholesale.coaching at the highest level for Ghana coaches. Bring in foreigners to train them. No more ben koufie things biaaa

I support Ghfuo point hundred percent. If we want local coaches to become managers then we must start with a coaching center of excellence manned by good brains from Atletics, Boxing, etc and headed by a Director who understands the modern trends in physical education, football tactics and history, recovery and recuperating from injury etc. Coaches must not be sacked or appointed to national team after 1 year as a premiership of Ghana club coach but chairmen must give em time and sponsor them to courses so they keep developing.

This is what the crooks at the gfa and the so called executives want.when you can not even pay the coaches handling the female and junior national teams including that of bonuses. You people are going to hire foreigner with this huge amount thinking ,he has the magic to win the afcon and the world cup. well we live to see and time will tell.Why can't these gfa executives take a look at at coaches like Otto Addo, Ibrahim Tanko and a host of Ghanaian coaches and give the job to them.

There is a difference between a manager and a coach. Give Konadu time and am sure he will become a good manager. In fact give the local coaches time with their clubs and am sure they will come good. What good will it make if we stick to a local coach and our trophy drought continue. Keep reading disparaging comments about foreign managers. But managing is different from coaching and if someone manages Real Madrid, Chelsea,etc. what it means is that the person managed the cash cow of an enterprise with a turnover of so many millions and dealt with the pressure that comes with it. Nationalism is different from patriotism. And wanting to win is patriotic too. Whoever is appointed after what has been a long tedious process deserves our support. As for the salary even black stars committee members get paid appearance fees. Another local coach and that will definitely continue. If the salary is being sourced from GNPC funds then what is the beef? and why all the insults of Ghana and Ghanaians we keep reading here eh? That anger must be directed to the politicians who are chopping our money not money that GNPC is paying as sponsorship of the black stars money. It is not sponsorship of Ghana education money but BS.
