I strongly support those who are of the View that Asamoah Gyan must go with Kwasi Appiah. There was a failure of leadership on his part as Captain of the Stars. He was aware of these problems but didn't say anything to the point that it affected our performance and subsequent elimination. He cannot play with the hearts of Ghanaians.

To solve this problem the government of Ghana has over the decades made scholarships available for the needed human resource to be trained abroad. In some cases so many people were sent and not even one returned. If you know you are not prepared to work and live in Ghana and would therefore not return do not take the scholarships.

Dede and Jonathan Mensah should be Captain and Deputy respectively.

Any captain must be confident and exhibit leadership qualities. He must find a way when there is no way. Impossible means I'm Possible to a Captain. He is the heart and soul of the team. He has confidence and is able to motivate the team, individual players to rise above mediocrity. A captain is also an exemplary person who embodies the success qualities needed for the team to succeed like discipline, hardwork, punctuality, respective of the coach, don't tolerate foolishness, must believe in the vision of the team and the strength of the collective. Most importantly, captains can't pick sides. Be neutral and fair to all and be loyal to the coach and players. As you can see,.captains are molded and it takes time to mould players into captains. A seller, hustler, pimp, CEO, caretaker, self starters can all be captains. Believe and have confidence even when the road looks bleek and make your teammates believe in the vision. You are right tho. Centuries of brainwashing has confused Many Africans and this confusion about who they are and how they fit into the this global economic evolve is what is causing the dis organizational, catching up lifestyle. To remedy this, they have to keep out and be less reliant on all junk from the west! Get back to who they are as a people, identity. This will reignite their dignity. Once the dignity is ignited and they realise their selfworth. It's a wrap!
