The national constitution quiz organized by NCCE, the national science and maths quiz, GBC spelling bee and talent competitions in drama, sports, poetry and dance must all be promoted.

America is developed and good country because there are good people in America. on the other hand, Ghana is not developed because Ghanaians are not good people. if we are good people, we would have good leaders to govern us.

Africans have made the world a better place in which to live. History teaches us that Europe and the Americas have become rich and powerful, because they had more than 400 years of forced/slave labour from the best labor force on earth, the Africans, they stole the wealth of every country country that they've colonized, they've created discriminatory legal systems that benefit the white race etc.

Unthinking Africans, apolitical Africans, ahistorical Africans, petty bourgeois scholars will always try to make a comparison between life in Africa and life in "developed countries", without taking into consideration the criminality involved in the development of these societies, who are now preaching democracy or else!

I have lived in New York City for most of my life and I can tell the world that it was the most humiliating experience of my life, America is the most anti African nation in the world, racism is the order of the day, racist police stop search and steal from Africans on an hourly basis, they kill innocent Africans of all ages with impunity, this level of insecurity produces the type of stress that could kill an elephant.

As long as I live I will never ever again live outside of my beloved MOTHER AFRICA

There is no person leaving upon this earth,likes to move out of his country of birth.Home sweet home, as the popular adage goes,but sometimes it becomes imperative for some of the citizens of ones Nation to opt out for awhile and comes back, as the kichen becomes hoter and hoter.Most of the politicians who command respect and sit in the chambers of power had once travelled elsewhere overseas, learned the rudiments of Administration, law and politics came back and faught for Independence for our country.eg, Dr JB Danquah, Dr Kwame Nkrumah, Dr Kofi Abrefa Busia to mention a few, all of blessed memories. It is not all that roses when you are out of your country looking for greener pastures.In most of the host countries you sell your dignity and all that you are to the dogs and ready to accept certain principles you are not acquainted with,here again comes to apply another proverb,if you go to Rome do what the Romans do.Inspite of all these shortcomings,if one is desirous of achieving something for himself and his family or country.Inspite of this kind of new environments many citizens of various coutries had endured it and made money for themselves and sent foreign cash home to help their families back at home and help build the country,s economy. China which has become a supper power is a typical example as most of their citizens who felt the kichen was hot and left mostly to the USA and Europe where they studied and sent money back home which has contributed one way or other for the present strides they have made in their coutry.

Look at it from the other side, and see how weak the argument is. If you have no job, no money for medication nor food of what use will you be to your sick parents? How do you pay rent, their medication, hospital, utilities and buy them food? Think twice before you prematurely die and leave your poor/sick parents the burden of burying you. It may be better to move out of the cycle, get some help, turn around to salvage the salvageable otherwise all will perish under the worst form of CRIME: poverty and its brother hunger.

In the end it works out better if you dedicate yourself to education, regularizing your stay and savings, you will come up on top. However, if you think of coming over to be rich overnight, buy dresses, cars and build houses in Ghana then you have a dream to be shattered. Travelling has offered opportunities Ghana would have never/ever made available to me. I feel much more better living outside than ever to live in Ghana. Honestly, I do not want to come back not even my dead body. There are some of us who are not cheats and cannot lie to get ahead as done in Ghana. Some of us who feel so guilty cheating others in anyway and believe in working hard to get ahead. To those people Ghana is a very very wrong place. A place you have to be either a politician or a serial caller to get ahead. A place full of armed robbers, and filth. A place you cannot believe your mother, father or siblings, the police or the local priest. Such people will not survive in Ghana and if given the right choice should make the move.
