  I am amazed about such news item. If the renowned man of God has purchased such a property is this news? Why would someone want to denigrate this man because he spoke about something that is quite obvious. We may pardon him for his slant but to hold wrath against him because he described the economy as a sinking ship is devious. If what he is doing is against God and man, the Lord Himself will judge him. Let us rather take the good things in what he said and work toward them to make Ghana a good place to live in. Propaganda and the use of subterfuge will not inure to our benefit as a country. Look for more proactive means, please.

Every house in US has a cooling system and so forth, matter of fact it is mandatory to have those things.
  
  If Pastor Otabil really want to be luxurious there nice and expensive neighborhood that he could have purchased a house overthere than a small town called Haymarket.
  
  Ghana would not go through with it is going through now if we have even half of Otabil's kind in the Government.
  
  And again it could also be an investment for Otabil's establishment. Ghanaian leaders do not think outside the box. Otabil has every right to diversify his portfolio
