  Why should public money be used to finance private companies, under the guise of PPP? Baiden has a contract to loot the state and he is defending it.

  The answer in this ID card matter is to abolish the National Identification Authority and give either SSNIT or the electoral commission to procure ID cards for ghanaians.

  Moses Baiden and his Margins/IMS were directly involved in failed National ID Scheme together with another fraudulent company called the Softtribe operated by a bunch of crooks hired by Herman Chinery Hesse. They have collected a lot of money from the government of Ghana in respect of several fictitious and fraudulent transactions at places like the Controller and Accountant General's Department etc

  They are bent of stealing our money.Since Paliament says it is not aware of the so called loan they are planning secretly to collect Paliament should put its foot down to save the tax payers money.

  Non intellectual with no basis are very unfortunate PPPs are used all over the world get educated its just annoying when unlettered people make ignorant comments.
