They are going to inject our legumes with substances no one knows and giving to farmers in the North for them to plant for us to eat. I mean whether it is out sheer incompetence on the part of leaders or is a willful collaboration with Monsanto to pursue to their evil objectives, I ca

What is wrong our leaders? Don't they use their brains anymore? These Americans know non- natives don't know all the English words so they cleverly change the name of the word word GMO to inoculant but the substance is the same. Inoculant is from the word inoculate...to inject. What are they injecting to our legumes? And ABA Fuseni goes to stand there to bless this deceit and evil project which is being channeled through CSIR by Monsanto

  The Bank of Ghana (BOG) has no Eastern Regional headoffice. The BOG must ask for land from the King of Akyem (Okyehene) to construct this building. I don´t believe that the BOG has accurate data of the economic activity in the at least 12 Akyem districts which make up more than half the population on the region. The GDP and GNI of these Akyem districts are very high. They stem from:
  
  Gold mining
  Diamond mining
  Cocoa
  Oil Palm (the largest in West Africa)
  Timber
  Software development
  etc
  
  The money supply and capital in the at least 12 Akyem districts are wholly inadequate. BOG must remove impediments to the setting up of rural banks in these districts and encourage ADB and GCB to open branches in these districts.
  
  The government must further ensure that wholly owned Ghanaian banks, including rural banks, get at least 80% of the banking revenue.

  An inoculant is not necessrily GMO. Inoculants are soil bacteria (rhizobia) that re highly effective in fixing nitrogen with their host legume. To come out with an inoculant, a screening is done by collecting the native soil bacteria (rhizobia) interacting with the host legume of interest and testing which of them is most efficient (able to fix high amounts of nitrogen). The most effective one is then produced in large scale and applied to the seed of the legume of interest so that when the legume grows, it alredy has that compatible bacteria present in its root zone for infection and nodualtion.
