There are many fields where Ghana lacks the needed expertise. To solve this problem the government of Ghana has over the decades made scholarships available for the needed human resource to be trained abroad. In some cases so many people were sent and not even one returned. If you know you are not prepared to work and live in Ghana and would therefore not return do not take the scholarships.

Ult, I am a fan of Kwesi Nyantakyi and Ghana FA but I think what Brother Baffoe is say is totally constructive,necessary and feasible.I think rather the current leadership in the FA should offer him that role or to one of the names or people he suggeasted.He does need to be the FA president but he can be made to play a useful role that can help the over all development of Ghana football and Mother Ghana would be the winner.I dont know what kind of political dynamics Brother Baffoe is into but I think he also has vast experience and contact and I know him to be very patriotic and consscious persons.I think such people of Brother Baffoes kind should rather be encouraged,motivated,listen to and make them play a useful role for the good of all and our nation.It is not easy to find person like Baffoe after reaching such a high level in German football at a time where Afrikans were suffering a lot of racism and prejudice in Europe and helping to break some of those barriers will then decide to return to his native country and settle.Baffoe is patriotic Ghanaian no doubt that and intelligent so the current FA should embrace him,encourage him and work with him.I support this kind of collaboration between our FA and persons of valuable contribution and high international reputation and image like Brother Baffoe.So I dont see anything wrong in what has been eported as something he said.

I hope the commission and as a matter of fact ghanaians are listening to what this intelligent ex-footballer is talking about. He has visions, plans and effective management for the country. These are the sorts of people we need in our country but not just the ones who pocket monies without even doing the basic jobs they are supposed to do. Wake up mother Ghana and let the intelligent people lead and manage the country but not just the empty heads who are just saying "yes sir, yes sir" in order to secure their posts.

and start using the Money infracstratualy as national emonuments-like Overheads tunnels, train & bus stations Major roads and Basic essentials.

even if the oil Money are used to build stadias, and pitches the People of Ghana would benefit more than wastefully on the above per diems &paid coaches for nothing
