Papa Owusu Ankomah is well respected in the Seckondi Takoradi area by most of his constituency members but having said this, he has actually shown that he is a thief who aided Kufuor to steal as much as he could.
Why should Papa Owusu Ankomah make such this comment now when this Fraud has been an old as he is given the fact that he has been in Parliament longer than 'Metusalah'?
Did Papa Owusu Ankomah not know about this Payroll Fraud long ago even when he was doing his National Service?
Is Papa Owusu Ankomah not a case of 'stomach Politician'? Owusu Ankomah is surely a case of a Poor African Leadership which has caused or created wastage in our resources.

The board is equally corrupt and must be dissolved and investigated. Those guilty among them should also be jailed for good lessons to be learned. All of them being corrupt, they think falsely that government money is an elephant meat; it will never finish and nobody cares.
It is possible that there were some members of the board, if not all of them, who knew about the rot, receive their portions every month and colluded with the executive to carry on with the massive corruption. It is also possible that the auditors knew all along and colluded with NSS nation wreckers to defraud the nation. They must also be investigated and jailed if found guilty.
What is the use of the boards and the auditors that receive huge salaries and allowances from the government if such rots are commonplace in our system?

Mahama has done his part by given right for the law to take its course in legal cases but he gets the flack all the time because Ghanaian judges have thrown their ethics, their solemn vows and prestige to the wind. They are as corrupt as any bent copper you can get in the open market. This noble profession is now as lustreless as the by-day man in the village. Shame to you all.

Whenever there is a directive such as this, it becomes another "goldmine" for the body entrusted with such responsibility. Whenever I am in GH, I wonder what the police are doing on my village road apart from taking money from poor trotro n taxi drivers. What is it that they didnot find the previous day necessitating their return. If no one talks about it, then everyone would have to fashion out how to make money in whatever way. That is why some people think the military juntas are better suited fro Africa. The pastors are corrupt, so also are the civil servants, the politrician etc

Is this democracy or what? If it is, which type, the European or American type? Mahama should stop messing up and cage these bastards. No one with a good job will put his or her job at risk when they see very clearly that thieves are caught and speedily jailed on a daily basis.
Also, there are many who are happy to report crimes and corruption but will not do so because nothing comes out of it. If people are jailed and others stop the practice, there will be so much money to do roads, help with hospitals etc.
The one single problem in Ghana is President Mahama. I have nothing against this man but believe he is the central cause of all woes in Ghana. Like Attah Mills his policies are not fit for purpose and the central confusion is their mistakened version of what democracy is. These two leaders have got it so wrong. Are they implanting European/American democracy on Ghana?
IT WON'T WORK, so change your strategy and vision. The Ghanaian judges and lawyers are useless, stupid and already sacrificed their solemn vows for corruption. And once, MPs, teachers, nurses and public officials see judges and lawyers to be so openly corrupt with gross impunity, they will want to play ball.
Dear President, are you telling Ghanaians that you are not aware of the level of corruption in Ghana?

Thia rot is going on n many places. When the Korle Bu CEO and Oard started this, the mafia staff took advantage of cars they had ought and had everybody screaming crucify him nstead of telling the other institutions to emulate them. The government also heeded and fired him. He had stopped many ghosts from collecting monthly salaries. A month after Rev. Botwe had been fired, the Korle Bu mafia guys cameout to ask for their salaries to be paid by government. With a corrupt CEO, they were able to use IGF to pay salaries. When he left, they started depending on government again. What a shock? Was it not because massive corruption like the NSS one started again at Korle Bu?
Such corruption cannot happen without key people from the top being nvolved as we have clearly seen with the National Service Scheme. What does it take to STOP such thievery? Commitment from the top. In cases where the top are involved, a superior hand must come in. God save us.

This has been going on for the past 30 years, and crooks within NPP/NDC are responsible for the current economic woes and hardship in the country. They eat from the same round table. All the looting of state wealth started after the overthrow of CPP under Nkrumah. They overthrew Nkrumah, but why was the CPP banned from all political activities till 1992? The only alternative is to vote in the CPP, and massively in 2016. GHANA NEEDS A RADICAL CHANGE.
