    Employ ALL those coming out of school right away and advertise the starting salary and their employment for all to know and then the people will appreciate it.

    How many Ghanaians artisans are working outside our borders ?A lot,go to all the heighbouring countries in the sub region and you will be surprised.create opportunities and people will enrol in such vocations.
