The likes of Atuguba in the judiciary must all be eliminated outright. There is too much corruption in Ghana's judiciary. Honest persons are jailed while the crooks go scot free because they will use money to bribe these corrupt judges. The first man to suffer loss is Jon Mahama. he stole elections and bribed Atuguba to win the verdict. All those who work like Atuguba must face the firing squad. They are the reason why Ghana is suffering.

If I have power the first person to tackle in Ghana will be this evil woman. She will suffer very well before she dies.

Lets scrap the judiciary and the law profession for sometime and see what will happen to Ghana.I believe one profession which has helped in destroying Ghana is the law profession.

The actions of Magistrates and Judges have already plunged the judicial services into chaos, confusions and disrepute especially the verdicts pronounced by Justice Atugugbah and his band of ill trained colleagues after the Election Petition hearings. After these hearings and the gigantuan bribery and corruptions going on in the System people have lost hope in the whole of Ghana's Judicial Service and it will take ages to restore the damage. It is good news that Judges will soon go for remedial and postgraduate courses in the US,UK and other foreign countries to keep them abreast of modern developments in legal education. It is high time many of them go back to schools.

Kuffour cronysm gave you that position. Were you the most qualified in experience and education at the time to be the CJ ? The respect you want has been washed down the toilet when Kuffour gave you the post.

The most corrupt institution in the world is judiciary, therefore no matter how hard its members will work it cannot achieve its i lecture. CJ herself does not work hard .

Stop the judicial and legal monopoly in ghana. Democracy thrives on stability and law. We need more law schools and more courts in ghana, and I believe the Chief Justice has to lead the way. Period
