A considerable amount was paid into his offshore accounts by the promoters of Ghana against England in Wembley- London-UK. The name of the company that did the promotion was GOLDBECK.

  So if the GFA owes coaches why didn't the FA make savings from Brazil to offset some of those debts? Instead you paid money to ghost names as appearance fee for officials
