    A COUNTRY OF JOKERS INDEED. IN THE MIST OF UNEMPLOYMENT OF A LOT OF GRADUATES IN GHANA, THEY CANNOT FIND ANOTHER ABLE BODIES TO REPLACE THERE CORRUPT CUSTOM OFFICIALS. THE WHOLE GHANA IS CORRUPT.
