    all profits taken out and none put back to maintain or expand operations....Sell the place and save the 50 million and get paid in income tax and mining royalties instead!

    can't you read the story..Big oil companies(shell/exxon/chevron/total/bp thought the output was too low to waste their time and money! Only high oil prices have allowed Canadian oil sands and fracking to be profitable in USA
