    This tells you how cruel of a country we are because is one fellow can pocket $50 million but say we do not have the dough to feed these guys that is sad indeed.

    GIVE THEM DOGMEAT, CAT MEAT, LION MEAT, HIPPO MEAT, VULTURE MEAT, ELEPHANT MEAT ETC...THEY DONT NEED TO EAT SUGAR ITS NOT GOOD FOR THEM....

    Prisoners should be made to work to supplement their feeding. Again, let us try custodian sentence to decongest our prisons.

    The prison officers steal the meat and sugar meant for use by prisoners.They even eat food for remand prisoners.

    Let us abolish constitutional powers vested on our judge as a custodians and interpreters of the law.They are using that clause in our constitution to abuse people's right.

    In order to reduce number of remind prisoners,whoever pleaded not guilty must be granted bail apart from major crimes such as robbry and murder untill the suspect is proved guilty before the law court.
