Is pity that it has taken so to know the quality of the local Contractors.In Ghana and Africa as a whole,we believe only in theory and not the Practce and that is the problem.The whole Educational System in Ghana is only theoretical,and in experience we all know that theory and practice is a big differences.That is why in Germany for example in all proffession from apprentice,Technical Vocational,Education Training up to University Doctor must go through theory and practice in other to the qualification.
