If IMF/world bank bailout is temporary,how did South Korea managed through IMF/Bank grant..?sound-bite after sound-bite..Yes, we need to stop our exuberant spending individual as ghanaians in which way, we don't corrupt.it's not big that will make us happy but the little we have if we manage it well, it will yield more.So it is only money that can't solve our social issues and the welfare if people but if we don't manage ourself well we will be stand still..so, if we manage the bailout well or invest it on education(skills e nhancement program,second career program & science and technology)health,infrastructure and technology we will do quiet well down the road
