  if you read Ghanaweb for the past few weeks..the following should tell you its not that ghana does not have the money:
  1) missing $600M
  2) Money stolen by Afriyie-Ankrah and GFA
  3) CHARJ chief renting at $500 a day....

  Yes, they have to wait for the classrooms to be commissioned because somebody must 'eat' BIG from the ceremony! That is all there is to it. Some people are waiting to chop from préparations/arrangements for the ceremony so the pupils have to suffer or maybe until a car runs over the gutter to kill them then the sector supervisor will wake to blame somebody!

  Why should these children who would not even qualify to vote be made to suffer for political gains? Please Mr President deal with all those dragging your name in mud and authorise the regional Director to open the school immediately. To be politically correct you may request the Regional Minister to commission the school on your behalf. The school cannot wait for next year to be handed over for political gains. Enough is enough and don't give room for the people of Ashanti to justify your supposedly Tribal politics.
