The several useless governments in Ghana and the GFA must be doing more to develop football than just sitting by their television sets and creaming when the senior National Team plays. The best of footballers in Ghana are not only in Accra or Tema; they are spread all over the country, deep into the smallest villages and hamlets. If it takes $50,000 dollars to sponsor a colts team (or league) in Tema, it would take a tenth of that in my Tikobo No 2, where kids play in gravels. What did we do with the millions of dollars received from S. Africa 2010? How about Brazil 2014? The "wise" ET Mensah announced a Black Stars Hotel in his constituency. For who? And all that the GFA members think about is how to make the next million dollars for their private pockets. Fools! Build decent playing fields in every district. This must be a national social responsibility, like schools and hospitals. How many SHSs have decent playing fields? And whatever happened to the Academicals?

You are right, gnpc is a national asset, and so its location should not determine who benefit from it
