Now on substance.There should be a provision in the new law for REIT's ( Real Estate Investment Trust}to suck up the liquidity gap between the commercial and residential investment properties developments.
In addition, the commodities exchange being contemplated should be open to all interested investors dependent, of course, on capital requirements for Futures Commission Merchants,or Introducing Brokers.
The caveat : the regulatory body designed to enforce the laws should have "teeth"- with supboena powers, to bring transparency- confidence builder,and efficiency into the "market"
