  We have a big problem in Ghana when it comes to money.Let us be realistic to change the culture.Give everyone in top position a written Job description,let them read and sign then hold them accountable when they fail to deliver.Another way is to assign Military personnel to all the agencies that collect money and make sure that at the end of day monies are not disappearing in to private pockets.It is too long to continue to stomach these abuses.This has to stop.
