  I was issued with already used ticked from Spintex to Accra, l told the supervisor but no answer. The conductors very disrespectful to passengers, drivers talk & converse while driving. Very indisciplined on the road.

  The rot at Metro mass is not limited to Kumasi but also in Obuasi their environs. I had a personal experience from Kumasi to Obuasi and from Obuasi back to Kumasi. It is a sad story to see a lot of people in the queue waiting ...

  The rot at Metro mass is not limited to Kumasi but also in Obuasi their environs. I had a personal experience from Kumasi to Obuasi and from Obuasi back to Kumasi. It is a sad story to see a lot of people in the queue waiting to get tickets while the workers sell the tickets to people who pay more money through the back door to the sales point. The buses kepp moving from the Kumasi station with people who just walk in and pay amounts beyond the authorised fare. The problem in Kumasi appears better than Obuasi because there are other private means of transport that people can join.
  The situation from Obuasi to Kumasi is worse since passengers do not have the choice of joining other private means of transport that are safe and reliable. Passengers are told that there are no buses and so no one has a choice then to pay the amount demanded to enable you join the bus. We had no option but to pay the amount demanded to enable us leave Obuasi since we had waited for over 4 hours with no end in sight. The waiting area where passengers sit and wait is filthy and leaves much to be desired.
  If something drastic is not done I fear the company would grind to a halt since the workers are only interested in making money for themselves and not working for the company.

  these criminal acts are found in every region or route metro buses passes more especially on the village routes where supervisors are not common. i could even say some of the "big man" teaches these conductors how to effectively carry such acts, but when these act are reported or complain to the official nobody seen to take them serious.
