    Why did you allow this strike to go on for that long if you knew you were going to pay them? That is inefficiency.
    Also, Ablakwa, tell them the truth. If there is no money, let them know.

    This is because they must clean the system to clear out the non-teaching staff who were also enjoying the book and research allowance (cleaners, accountants, watchmen, secretaries etc.).Think of that?????

    And moreover, POTAG only called off the strike a few days to payday. It does take time to readjust the payroll system.
