    Reading article like this is an indication that we have failed as people to govern ourselves. We are over fifty years and how come we do not have guidelines on how we should spend our mineral revenue?

    With your analysis, Ghana should go federal with each region using its resources for development. The Central "shit" we have is depriving some areas its fair share of the national cake.
