    Sometimes I wonder if there are any brains in gov't. How do you propose to alter a condition of service that was negotiated for even without consulting the concerned party?

    Oh yeah! It is good news to the whole world and we are all happy for this particular news. May God bless (UTAG) for the coming back. But we still need to know when the students too should report please.
