    WHY CHEQUE. I THINK WE ARE IN MODERN AGE AND PAYMENT MUST BE DONE THROUGH BANK TRANSFER. THE GOVERNMENT MUST EVEN TAKE TAX FROM THIS PAYMENT THROUGH THE BANKS. FOR NOT DOING IN THIS WAY, THE GOVERNMENT LOSES A LOT OF MONEY.
