Below is what led to the brawl.
Sulley: WHAT IS THE USE OF SOO MANY G.F.A OFFICIALS & OTHERS HERE? You Are Basically Non-Essential and have no role or duties here. Your Number even dwarf that of the players... You receive Bonuses for no work done. You are a drain on the Govt.... You always make money on our back and you see every Tournament as a means to make money.... And You Have The Vim to question us why we want our money?
Moses Armah: Your money will come take time, the captain is speaking….
Sulley: Shut up, are you the one paying the money or you are the Prez?
Moses Armah: I won’t allow you to include me in your list of victims oo…..I'm a gangster more than you.
Sulley: So you can fight me eh (moving towards Moses’ direction disentangling himself from other guys retraining him).
Moses Armah: Am ready for you. You think i'm a coward?
Sulley: (picks a bottle and drop it, surprisingly jumps and slaps Moses) Fuck you!!
Moses: Returns the slap with a blow lifts a fork…and Jonathan Mensah holds Moses’ hand up.
Essien sits quietly, Gyan and Appiah speak Ga to Sulley, calming him down as Moses is whisked away by Saban Quaye

The petition was thrown out not only because one cannot win in court but mostly because the reliefs being sought were frivolous and ridiculous in the least.
They petitioners could have demanded a recount or collation of the votes, a run-off or even re-run of the whole elections; but what did they seek?
1. that valid votes be annulled for the fault (failure or intentional) of a presiding officer;
2. that this cancellation of results be applied to only selected constituencies;
3. that the count of votes after deduction of those "annulled" be used to declare Nana Addo winner!
By Jove, that is a real fanciful way to want to be declared winner of an election!

Well done, Sir! You have an army of admirers. Despite all the evidence, ... clear over-voting, Twenty Seven Zero and the lot, they still gave it to the Respondents.
We were happy the Chief Justice ruled that the petition be televised; all heared and saw the case.
For me I believe the verdict went that way for two reasons:
1. If it had gone the oher way, the NDC, the "violence" Party would have started violence in the country. You only have to listen/read what the NDC man ATUBIGA (not Justice Atuguba)said that led to his being sent to jail for a couple of days.
2. I strongly believe some of the Judges were influenced by their political affiliations and could not, therefore, go against that that affiliation.
Your job was done, and done in the best possible way.

Ignorant Addison, questionable Akufo Addo without law certificate, running away from own polling agents to testify, running into an ambush laid by the superior brain power of Tsikata when he asked for an independent count by KPMG. There and then, we saw NPP at it's worst moment: changing, adding, subtracting, even replacing Justice Atugubah's boxes with the help of some party sympathisers in the judiciary. When these failed and defeat was starring them in the face, they resorted to insults and threats but the SC Justices would not accept this from certain uncultured breeds who thought their every word and deeds must hold supreme. But, truth and commonsense prevailed over lies, backwardness and sheer nonsense.
