Most women have adopted the habit of divorce from one man to another and seeking the assistant of the court to be making money monthly. If really she is going into marriage, why should she not give the children to the former husband. Will she carry the all the children to her next husband if she get another one.If she has sent the second husband to court, it means he first husband is paying for the upkeep of the children.do u think she was using that money to feed the children and not from the pocket of the second husband? After a third marriage, she will still depend on her third husband to take care of all the children and she will keep the monthly court monies with her.

Why can't the court give the man his child rather than making him pay for the upkeep of some ones children. Like you said,marriage have become become an industry for the loose women who go around having babies for money.

No one is begging him stay with this woman, let alone to take care of the step children BUT has to take care of his OWN child.

The laws in the books, encourage divorce. I know of lady who divorced her husband just so she could collect the monthly child support fee from the husband. If we copy blindly from the west, we will live to regret one day.

This type of coached argument has been made in the western world and used to make laws and has turned round to bite them. This is the very phenomenon which we are copying blindly in Ghana. In the western world today children are treated as if they are tools in a business situation. This phenomenon as caused broken homes which has made children recalcitrant and out of control. In particular men do not want to marry because the very children who come of these relationships are used against them. Many women are now chasing men and sometimes begging them for sperm donation in order to have children. It is the immigrant population that are giving birth now. The population of the indigenous population is decreasing partly because men in particular do not want to get involved anymore. Now men in the western world are travelling to Philippines and other countries just to have children, send them money monthly for their upkeep for their peace of mind. The Christiano Ronaldo style has been happening for some time now. (He paid someone to have his child for him in America and he brought the child to Europe).
Let us be careful we do not destroy our social life because of "over learning".
