The traffic problem comes from the exits roads or linking highways, especially the 16th century roundabout to Tema industrial area. Incorporate a scope planning reconstruction that will meet the future.

  Who is thinking about 3 lanes? Make it 4 or 5 lanes. Keep toll booths for one-time users, supervise collection and accountability. For security construct toll booths for both directions at one location.

  The other Consultants involved in projects during that time in Ghana were Sir William Halcrow and Partners.
  
  All these are comopnies that are still alive and in business in the UK.
  
  The road has lasted more than forty years so if we want an expansion and renewal lets go back to the companies who still have the documents in their archives.
  
  Let us not do what we have been doing with the Castles and do a shoddy work.
