With the crocodile tears of Afriyie Ankrah, Ghanaians should not buy it because he is a fake and should not get the sympathy of Ghanaians. He should be tried and if found guilty should go to jail to serve as deterrent.

Afriyie Ankrah Is Lying Like A Drunk Sailor (sports page)

Afriyie Ankrah begun his testimonial to the Presidential commission empanelled to investigate the Blackstars 2014 World cup fiasco and ended in in a grand style of a gargantuan lie when he said none of the committee members received $82,500 but 20 committee members received a bulk amount.

How much was the bulk amount? Afiriyie Ankrah take Ghanaians for a "foo-foo" and have no respect for our intelligence. How can this former Sports Minister lie like a drunken Sailor? The Prinicipal Financial Officer has earlier given evidence to this commission detailing how the $4 million that took "DROPPING" on a now President Mahama's philanthropist friend plane. Have we not heard of these Ndc President and their rich friends coming to their rescue when they need friends? Efo Jato Dr. Dr. Rawlings had his rich friend educate his four children from secondary school to post graduate degrees so why Mahama?

The Principal financial officer of the Ministry of Sports has earlier shown to this commission how the $4 million was divided. He said the twenty three players and ten technical members, that is thirty three(33) each received $100,000 that equals $3.3 million with seven committee members receiving$82,500 each as appearance fees that totalled $587,500 leaving a balance of $112,500 unaccounted for and when tongues started wagging as what happened to this balance, that is when Afiriyie Ankrah came up with this lie of 20 members receiving the bulk $700,000.

Folks, that is not completely false. The twenty committee members receiving the $700,000 is true. The lie is that the money was not given out go them in bulk. The seven committee members that accompanied the Blackstars to Brazil actually received $82,500 each as APPEARANCE MONEY. That is the right name for the money they received. I wrote an article earlier on about how this $112,500 was given to the remaining 13 members of the committee members who did not go Brazil as their share of the loot from Ghanaian Taxpayers. Afriyie Ankrah fearing the backlash of Ghanaians anger if they hear people who did not go to Brazil too received this amount came up with this lie about 20 committee members working for Blackstars and therefore receiving this money as justified.

How dare Afiriyie Ankrah tell us these committee members deserve an average of $35,000 each for whatever they did for Blackstars? This is typical of Ndc create, loot and share and the commission should recommend to the President that the $700,000 should be returned or whoever, which I think is Afiriyie Ankrah who recommended for the committee member should be charged for causing financial loss to the state and his assets should be seized and sold to defray the $700,000 bonanza to those 20 committee members. Appearance fees are meant to be paid to Players and Technical team members and not any yahoo friend of Afiriyie Ankrah and Kwesi Nyantakyi who stole their way to Brazil. Who will pay to go and see the 20 thieves for them to garner APPEARANCE FEES?
