The only people that can be arrested by the police after investigation are those said to be involved in the so called plot to poison Akufo-Addo. Kennedy Agyapong is only a witness to the police in its attempt to prevent crime and ensure citizen security. Those mentioned by Kennedy Agyapong can sue him in a civil case if they are not found guilty of the poison plot. No wonder people take the laws in their own hands with such leaders.

Armed robbery on the other hand is a crime which is to be prevented or at least fought by the police. Your saying that I am an armed robber therefore in a serious country attracts the interest of the police in your allegation. The police will then have to question you as a witness to collect evidence upon which the police will decide either to open a formal investigation against will then lead to my arrest and prosecution. The police cannot know and should not take it for granted that the allegation is reckless and unfounded. How many times has police prevented crimes and arrested criminals through tip off. By the way I like people out of ignorance being too lazy to ask will rain insults on people who politely express the views based on their knowledge.
