  Nana’s sources of income did not come from his personal sweat. He is where he is as a result of the booty bequeathed to him by what his father looted from the economy and also the bribe his father took, serving as a traitor to overthrow Dr.Kwame Nkrumah. Now that he has used up all the wealth through dirty campaign and empty litigations, what he thinks of doing is using his demonstration talent to buy the conscience and lobby by using corrupt minds in leadership position in the country; some of them who pose as men of God, to chastise Government and make the country unstable. The tactics of Nana Addo is nothing new to what his father did to Ghanaians. Their sole interest is to make every regime ungovernable by castigating lies, ugly insults, throwing bombs, killing women, burning markets, lengthy shallow litigations in courts and false alarm blowers. What can they boast of themselves and what have they achieved for Ghana? They want Ghanaians to be sub-servants to them whilst in their own thinking and mental deliberations; they remain perpetually slaves to neo colonialism. From his birth he was thought to backbite, destroy, kill and make shameless utterances, bully, join occult and make use of cannabis. If you are a discern citizen, I will entreat you sit up and think, get knowledge and don’t sell your conscience to these reckless generation who don’t care about you than to seek their self interest

  Commission must implement the Report
  
  Implementation: President Mahama said the fight against drug trafficking should go beyond the confines of the sub-region by under studying measures that other continents were adopting for the menace.
  
  He added: "Think globally, act locally to achieve the goals against the menace of drugs in West Africa and the continent".
  
  President Mahama said the government of Ghana would continue to use measures that would burst more drug cartels and to free the West African sub region from the negative repercussions of drugs.
  
  Members of the West African Commission on Drugs (WACD)chaired by
  Former President Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria must implement the Report in line with the views expressed by President Mahama of Ghana.
  
  Yes Kofi Annan and Obasanjo must shoulder implementation of the commission Report. They cannot be in the backstream but in the mainstream.

  President Mahama needs treaty framework to combat drug trafficking menace within the ECOWAS region or in the African Union (AU) region.
  
  Treaty framework would be transparent and could attract Funding from the UN and worldwide donors and African countries according to the size of their population.
  
  The treaty framework would be run by the ECOWAS or African Union Commission (and not African Heads of State) with a Secretariat which will be responsible for the day-today running of the Treaty Commission.
  
  The Commission will be supported by an Independent Prosecution, Litigation, Mediation or Arbitration Service.
  
  The commission would have power or drug jurisdiction and enforcement in all member countries and with offices in member countries.
  
  Fines recovered from Drug Barons would be paid into the Fund of the Commission.
  
  The Secretariat would conduct mainstream Research and combat the Dugs menace in all member countries, utilising the best practice worldwide.
