AFTER ALL $597,000,000 CAN GET MISSING FROM BANK OF GHANA. SOMETIMES I DON'T UNDERSTAND SOME OF OUR DONNORS. THEY MUST SUPERVISE THE USE OF SUCH FUNDS LIKE THE AMERICANS DO OTHERWISE, WE HAVE GOT A THIEVING GOVERNMENT.
