  I for one am tired of our politicians. They've been told time and again that the country belongs to all of us so we should plan our development forward together--ie government, opposition, civil society. We need a national consultation to create and agree on this document, to agree on how to monitor and evaluate irrespective of which party is in power. All political parties strangely are quiet on this issue. They don't even want to debate the issue. Are they afraid of the greater aaccountability that will come upon them? What's holding back their comments?
