TOO LATE - PEOPLE HAVE HORDED THEIR FOREIGN CURRENCY UNDER THEIR MATRESSES INSTEAD OF AT THE BANK WHICH WILL CREATE A SHORTER SUPPLY AND HIGHER DEMAND= MORE DEPRECIATING THE CEDI.
