    What is the end of the debate? If TOR can refine the crude as an economical viable project , what are we waiting for?The consultant should come again with his fact and figures to justify the 200million retooling amount.

    is not strange they claim TOR cannot refine Jubilee crude!!! Bonsa Tyre used to produced quality car tires, yet we left it to collapse.

    If TOR can refine Ghana's crude oil, then it makes no sense exporting it and importing another type to refine. Even if TOR equipments will be upgraded at $200 million, Ghana stands to gain considering transport cost reductio ...
