It is only in Ghana would such a dishonorably idiot be on the government pay roll. Professor Mill should be solely blamed for imposing those criminals on us. After Mills found Betty Moulds guilty of judgement debt payments the only thing he could do was to move her to the Education dept to continue her looting. Readers would recall that Betty Mounds was the one who awarded SCHOOL building contracts at a triple price of the existing contract sum of some GH 80,000.00. And this happened at a time when they claim inflation was in the single digits. Could you imargin how foolish these criminal liars were. Kuffour built similar structures with 80,000 at a time when inflation was around 14.8% and under Mills it was 240,000 at a rate of 8.8%. And these buffoons turn around to blame the fall of the cedi on some mysterious dwarfs. I don't blame those African countries that have been ripped apart by civil unrest because if you have such buffoons in power who always turn our local elections into a West Africa one
by contracting Togolese Trokosis, Burkinabe and Wangaras from La Cote D'ivoire to vote for them, the " Road To Kigare", is sometimes, a likely option to kick their ass from power.

IS THIS THE GHANA K4 HANDED OVER TO NDC GREEDY CORRUPT BASTARDS??? ---------------WHO CAN PROVE KWASI ADADE WRONG? I AM SAYING, THAT, GHANAIANS VOTED FOOLISHLY!!-- IS THIS NDC'S BETTER GHANA? THEN WHAT WILL THEIR BITTER GHANA BE?--- IF THIS IS NDC'S PRAISE THE LORD, THEN, WHAT WILL THEIR CRUCIFY HIM BE?--- GHANA'S PROBLEM, TODAY, IS NOTHING BUT THE RESULT OF CRIMINAL NDC'S ALLIANCE TO CREATE, LOOT AND SHARE POLICY***---------------*** "IT IS ONLY A FOOL, WHO ALLOWS HIS TESTICLES TO BE STEPPED ON, TWICE"-------GO OUT THERE AND RECEIVE YOUR REWARD, ALL GHANAIANS. GO AND PAY THE PRICE FOR YOUR FOOLISHNESS. YOU DON'T GIVE A SECOND MANDATE TO AN INCOMPETENT AND CORRUPT GOVERNMENT, NO!! NOT AT ALL, THAT IS ABOMINATION IN DEMOCRACY, VERY SUICIDAL. HAD NDC MANAGED THE ECONOMY WELL, THESE ECONOMIC PROBLEMS WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THE SITUATION. NDC HAS PRESIDED OVER THE BIGGEST RESOURCES GHANA HAS EVER HAD. THEY HAVE ALSO CONTRACTED MORE LOANS THAN ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT IN OUR HISTORY, BUT THEY HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR THIS. GHANAIANS SHOULD HAVE ENJOYED SOME ECONOMIC PROGRESS AT THIS TIME IN OUR HISTORY. THE ECONOMY IS COLLAPSING BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT IS SO CORRUPT. TO RESCUE THE SITUATION, THE POOR IS NOW BEING FORCED TO PAY. THIS IS INJUSTICE. THIS IS NOT THE GHANA KUFFOUR HANDED OVER TO NDC, HE EVEN ADDED FRESH CRUDE OIL WELLS. NPP TRANFORMED GHANA TO A MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMY WITH LIMITED RESOURCES BUT GOOD POLICIES. NDC IS WOEFULLY REVERSING THESE NPP ACHIEVEMENTS. GHANA'S CURRENT SITUATION IS VERY DISTURBING. WHEN THE HISTORY IS TOLD, IT WILL BE SAID THAT GHANAIANS WERE OFFERED FREE SECONDARY EDUCATION, IMPROVED UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, SOCIAL HOUSING FOR THE POOR AND AN EGALITARIAN SOCIETY BUT 50% SAID NO THANK YOU. THEY PREFERRED ECONOMIC "WOYOMISATION" , PHANTOM DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, PHILANDERERS FOR LEADERS, MACHIAVELLIAN DISRESPECTFUL CORRUPT LOUTS AND A VISIONLESS EVIL GOVERNMENT. I AM SO PROUD I VOTED FOR NANA AKUFFO ADDO.

Everybody is complaining bitterly but very few dare speak the truth . We shall never move forward until the undeclared war against the Akans, discrimination of the majority and anti Akan propaganda hate agenda is resolved. One must fight fire with fire , war with war not kisses or playing ignorant to the reality . the northerners , ewes , Muslims and other traitors of the Akan interest are systematically destroying the future of the Akans . There is no democracy or govt of the people and by the people but the slow establishment of the caliphate of pepeni murderers using a system of corrupt govt that makes irrelevant all institutions of state in the form of a Saudi style monarchy of mahama and his brothers . Despite our huge potential and the fact that any true patriotic nationalist govt can definitely turn the economy around in less than 6 months , we are bogged down in this situation of undeclared war of the ayigbe and pepeni mafia who have hijacked all institutes of state . only a bloody revolution will set us free . everything we have predicted over the past few years has come to pass and there is more evil to come until we stand up accept that we are at war and must fight back. Even Obama now realizes this caliphate is a serious threat to mankind's peace and unity . All religions are from God but over time the devil ensures the good is interpreted by the wicked and used to cause harm , the righteous know religion is meant to ensure unity and goodwill amongst men not pain and suffering or discrimination. On one hand we have the mafia ndc killing our people's future and around the corner nana chooses as his closest allies northerners who will continue the agenda of hate , wait for the clarion call for freedom and spare none of these criminals in the political oligarchy of corruption and evil . JJ and his ayigbe criminals started this process and God will continue to punish us with hardships and pestilences if we do not stand up

This country is very far from ground zero and will NEVER get there. We are so much blessed and are temporarily afflicted. The doom mongers will soon be put to shame. This government will NEVER fail and the country will triumph in the end. Let no one think that he/she's gaining any political advantage by exaggerating the situation to the international community. We will succeed. The Lord God is on our side. Let's keep praying and avoid these unnecessary exaggerations. It's not in anybody's interest to have the government fail. It's not the government of any single party. It's the government of the Republic of Ghana. Ghana WILL PROSPER and will rise once more.

Rape cases are on the increase in Ghana. Judges and WAJU of the Ghana police force must do more to protect our society. Some people have become so notorious of raping and getting away with it. Many believe that it is a weapon capable of scarring individuals to the very soul and seize the least opportunity to use it; using it on the families of their political or business competitors. Not even those at the higher echelons of our society must get away with it. It is said that a man paid a student to rape the daughter of his business and political competitor.
The number of court houses and judges in Ghana are inadequate especially in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The population has ballooned and changes have to be made. The same can be said of the number of police officers and the number of penitentiaries. On a visit to a number of court houses around the country I found the Ghana flag and the Ghana Coat of Arms (Seal) absent. This must change.

I wonder why these combinations could not help them to contribute to a good national management including their own towns? Zongo boys made our day with this binbila president and this binbila president has his "better Ghana agender" mission accomplished. Just like you are born to kill, "pepeni born ayigbe" CANNOT RULE and that is a fact. Ever since of our political systerm these two individual groups have joined hands together to give Ghanaian's headaches, either economic siege or corruption of all kinds. Presidencies should be considered when dealing with these particular individual groups since their gestures of "do before you think" are apprehensively lifeless and profound ramification.

After eight years of only eight billion dollars deficit, this Atongo-trokosi government has increased our debt to 25 billion dollars attracting a yearly interest of 4.7 billion interest yearly and that is 25 percent of our budget.
The idiotic Atongo-trokosi government has printed more than 3 billion cedis into the economy not backed by production or dollars.
The idiotic Atongo-trokosi government enacted stupid banking restrictions that forced the flight of dollars which they reversed a couple of days ago despite being warned at the time of its inception that it will cause that problem.
The idiotic Atongo-trokosi government stupid wrongly implementation of the SSSS policy increased government workers payroll expenses consuming 58 percent of government budget.

At the time this Atongo-trokosi government signed this contract, a barrel of oil was selling at $115 so why did these idiots agree to that stupid terms?
Even if we pay them according to the $85 a barrel, in 15 years Ghana will pay $6.5 billion for the 3 billion loan and if in years the average oil price per barrel stays at $110, we will end up paying over $9 billion so you idiotshould know this AAtongo-trokosi government has signed for some stupid loans with high interest due to the country's B-credit rating.

I smell rotten egg during the redenomination exercise and Dr.Bawumia should know a lot about this. He was then deputy governor at Bank of Ghana where most transactions would have passed under his watchful eyes. How much monies were withdrawn and injected into the system? And how much did it cost the country in the whole exercise? There was a window dressing somewhere; I strongly believe that a fictitious creation of money exercise went on among some kingpin at the time. Where I suspect, monies meant for destruction would have been paid into someone’s account before destruction. Since as a country we care less about how people make their monies and by what means they pay huge sums into their accounts. One would wonder how some people within NPP who were living averagely before they came to power in 2001 are so rich beyond their own comprehension. It is this fact which has demand on them to make high sacrifices if they want to be leaders in their party. Just take a careful look at the people who are vying for leadership in their party , scrutinize each of them carefully and question yourself where is their source of income?
The fictitious monies created if withdrawn will create a big loss in the nations payment account. this will however bring untold demand on the government purse for reimbursement. These monies might have been used to purchase shares in the country or abroad.
I will entreat that a special auditors be appointed to investigate all large depositors and withdrawals in Ghana during and after the redenomination exercise and get those people to explain the meaning of such transactions.

People it is not wrong to take a loan, however,it is very wrong to take loans and watch the money get stolen.
This is what is taking place in Ghana with this NDC administration.
During the NPP administration, Ghana had no oil money but they were able to accomplish much more, and all of Ghana can atest to this.
The NDC have been in power for six years since they took over from the NPP see where Mahama has taken us, and they have even oil money to boot.
One would not have to be rocket scientist to know that comparing the NPP to the NDC is like comparing oranges with papaya.
They can get all the money they seek from the IMF, but until they stop corruption, it will be to no avail.
If just one person can manage to milk the state coffers a whopping over fifty million dollars, just think how many millions can be stolen by GYEEDA,SEDA,SUBAH etc?
Today NHIS established by the NPP is all but broken.
I do even hear about the school feeding program established by the NPP to make sure our school children will at be sure of a meal a day.
The NDC has been a failure, I think most Ghanaians will recall the late vice president Aliu Mahama himself cleaning the streets of Accra as an example to all of us that if he can do it so can all of us, but today can you think that even Vanderpuije will do anything like that?
Today Accra is complaining of filth, Cholera and maybe ebola, why is that?
Stop corruption by government and Ghana will not have pile huge debts on our youth to place them behind the eight ball against the rest of the world. Why Mahama what has Ghana done to deserve this?
It would have been better if Mahama moved out of the way and allow some competent NDC person to rule. Ghana needs a leader, and not a talker.

It is a bad policy direction. You do not test a cat with a juicy meat.

Commonsense economics tells you to diversify your export revenue potentials.
In other words, you retrofit and expand your fucking Tema oil refinery to save the massive cost of imports of Ghana's petroleum products refined by others.
You also have to reduce thoughtless borrowing and reduce public profligate spending on 4x4 8-cylinder vehicle allocations to senior government officials, and stop their free fuel allocations. Simply put, you literally have to cut your fucking coat according to your size.

BOOKS ALL CONCERNED GHANAIANS MUST READ "A Game as Old as Empire – The Secret World of Economic Hit Men and the Web of Global Corruption" edited by Steven Hiatt
In A Game as Old as Empire, Editor Steven Hiatt has compiled twelve essays from muckraking journalists, activists and former global bankers who reveal the darkened underbelly of corporate globalism.
A Game as Old as Empire is a follow up to Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, written by John Perkins, a former banker who destroyed the economies of many debt-ridden third world nations by converting the debt into profits for the corporate and political elite. Critics lambasted Perkins’ sole account of his actions, demanding proof that such dirty machinations actually took place. Empire is a chilling account of the abusive fraud perpetrated in the cryptic world of international finance, and the thin tightropes of legality bankers balance themselves upon.
Hiatt and author Lucy Komisar navigate the murky waters that insulated the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI), and the policies which caused it to be shut down after its directors committed the largest bank fraud in history – some fifteen billion dollars squandered or stolen. Christian relief worker Kathleen Kern recounts the heinous wars that have killed more than four million people in the Republic of Congo over mines producing coltan, a vital component to making semiconductors that operate laptop computers and cell phones. Environmental and social justice activist Greg Muttitt uncovers a little known Western foundation, the International Tax and Investment Center, which is forcing Iraq into oil production sharing agreements which will lead to hundreds of billions of dollars in lost revenues for Iraq, while funneling enormous profits to foreign companies through the use of offshore bank accounts. Journalist, economist and lawyer James S. Henry exposes the heavy strings attached to debt relief loans that have led to the closing of hospitals and schools, bankrupted local businesses, and created high unemployment for miniscule relief that hardly cover debtor nations’ needs. These and the other chapters provide compelling evidence of how world trade is devastating the environment, finances and the people of the third world for the sake of financial piracy.
While Empire is extremely well written, the contents won’t come as a surprise to anyone familiar with the game of global debt financing. The book serves as a primer for those unaware of the lugubrious deals heads-of-state make with Western entities in order to grease the palms of their benefactors and filling their own coffers with borrowed funds. Each author recounts instances in which dictators as diverse as Zaire’s Mubuto Sese Soko, Iraq’s Saddam Hussein and Chilean strongman Augusto Pinochet divvied up profits while bankers turned a blind eye to the sacking of third world economies. However, even those with expert knowledge of global financial hijinks will find Hiatt and the authors succinct in their interpretations of these barbarous fiscal abuses – in a world with decreasing resources and governmental infrastructures unprepared to handle inevitable growth.

"The Battle of Bretton Woods" by Benn Steil is another must-read for Ghanaians if they will rather just read intead of engaging in tribal politics in this modern internet driven age. There are supposedly PhD holders resident in the USA (of all places) claiming "African Studies" their areas of specialization who are only capable of venomous partisan and tribal invectives on this forum instead of engaging in constructive discussion about moving the country forward.
Here are a few reviews of the book:
"An informed citizenry includes an understanding of our economy and how it is integrated into the global financial system. For this, it is important to start from the . . . discussions that occurred among 44 nations in the idyllic and calm resort at Bretton Woods, N.H., in 1944. [Benn Steil's] new book details not only the meeting but the deep arguments between the British economist John Maynard Keynes and [American Treasury official] Harry Dexter White . . . This is a serious book of political economic history."
--Cmdr. Youssef Aboul-Enein, DCMilitary
"Benn Steil's remarkable book . . . is an account of how the IMF first came to be, back in the sleepy New Hampshire summer of 1944. . . . The Battle of Bretton Woods is an essential volume in any understanding of John Maynard Keynes, who though now seven decades gone is as influential a mind as we may yet see in the twenty-first century."
--Brian Domitrovic, Library of Law and Liberty
"[A] splendid book . . . If you want to understand the gold standard, the always-doomed dollar standard, why the IMF is in Washington, how the US deliberately humiliated Britain over debt before, during and after WWII as part of a very real currency war (but also out of genuine anti-colonial sentiment that the British never understood), this is the book for you . . . Every year publishers come out with a couple of purportedly serious books on FX, some by VIPs, and I read them all. This is the only one since Paul Volcker's Changing Fortunes in 1979 that is worth the price. It is non-partisan, well-written, thorough, and chock-full of the historical perspective that can so easily and so often get lost in the hurly-burly of the daily market."

Africa must be managed by people who know what they are doing. Sad but real, many leaders in Africa have no idea running a country is like running a business with lots of social expectations.
