    ghana is poor country so don't make all these silly rules it won't work don't compare yrself to uk isa or germany and the rest we are poor so we just have to learn how to do things

    Smart move, dollars are not physically allowed to be used on Ghana market. The use should be immediately banned and enforced. All dollar transactions should be done through banks. Ghana is not yet the 51st State of USA.
