    If the work is completed to 99.78percent, then where is the certificate of completion. The lying king never stops lying. He will go to prison for the third time.

    It is very evident that production will begin this August. It would be foolhrady to promise something will be done within a month given all the delays that have already occurred. This is just common sense.

    we have had a history of failed commissioning dates. I dont beleive this one either. Any one out there willing to challenge me? By the 31st Aug the plant would not deliver the gas.
