Obama has to try and structure some good deal for Africa. Include some clauses to reveal the bank accounts of the corrupt leaders.

Its about time. If the world gives more investment to the private sector and less free money- AID- to corrupt governments in Africa there will be greater development than what we see now. Firstly, all the money will have to be paid back so it can be re-invested (sustainable).And secondly a private person bears the risk and has the passion for the project and that makes a world of difference. I hope the rest of the donor world will follow Obama's example.

As long as Africans accept people such as Rawlings who imposed himself on us for 20 years and their legacies such as NDC which engage in massive corruption and abuse of political power, people like Obama will c continue to lecture because our leaders will go cup in hand for money.

But the sad thing even that money will never reach the African citizen.

In Africa the Police are in the pockets of the leaders so it is the police who do the dirty work of the leaders by instilling fear in the people who feel the need to speak up against the leaders.

As long as our police force and other security services are manipulated by the leaders and turn them into repressive institutions, corruption by state leaders will never free the African.

In Ghana we have a government that pays people to argue with people who see bad governance. NDC has several people who are paid just to argue in the public in favor of the leadership and these people are the ghost workers that we waste millions if not billions on every year.

Neither do Africans share many of the values he espouses. The man is either a closet Neo-con masquerading as a true democrat or a puppet President held captive by a clique of malevolent and sinister Neo-cons such as the notorious Victoria Nuland. These Neo-Cons are a group of politicians infesting the American political landscape who believe that America should dominate the world by hook or crook. They believe in active interventions in other countries in order to promote American interests. The influence of these politicians has syeadily grown in Washington and can be seen in the reckless ctions taken by the USA in Iraq and Libya. The trade mark of these dangerous American politicians is ARROGANCE AND HUBRIS WITH A VERY NARROW VIEW POINT OF WORLD HISTORY AND GEOPOLITICS. It isn't an exaggeration to say that this pathological group of American politicians have heavily influenced Obama's attitude towards Africa and Africans.

THE SINGLE MOST DANGEROUS TRAIT OF THESE NEO-CON POLITICIANS IS THE HUGE RISKS THEY ARE PREPARED TO TAKE IN ORDER TO FURTHER THEIR OBJECTIVES.
