Again on your point yes there are Roads which has been started yes ago and why dosn't the president ask those who are contracted to it whats going on? See it looks like this people are playing games with our Taxes and loans. this game is known as "take the money and Run" People has to learn from some old mistakes, and the president is the first to take his pen and pencil, than get into the class Room and learn, learnwhat is know as common sence. How can one really win with all this ignorant and lack of knowledge.
