I know that every honest person who takes pictures with the wax figures at Madam T's explains with a caption that lets people know that the 'figures' are not real people but waxes from Madam T's.
It was fraudulent on your part not to have said anything about the picture. It doesn't matter if some journalists saw it on your facebook and published it. You and your husband put the pictures without any caption on your facebook for public consumption and to defraud the public.
Your intentions were implied so you and your hubby committed a fraudulent act. Period.

You really have to be blind to believe these are real. And how do you know every honest person explains their pictures with a caption? Trolling all pictures in the world, are we? Seriously...are you an honest person yourself? Also do look up the word Fraudulent...how is it posting a picture on your page fradulent? Look up the word deceptive and then next time, come again. Also she actually put a caption so it is evident you did not read the article and quick to judge. Read the article again and here is the caption. Yes, we put one of the photos on our social page and said, 'God will position you in greater heights in life without much struggle.. .if you believe, type Amen.' This caption is open to interpretation. I read it as they made it to London, toured the place and took pictures at MTs. Nothing period about your comment, just drivel on your part.

"God will position you in greater heights in life without much struggle...if you believe, type Amen".
Even a Kindergarten kid can tell you that your interpretation of the above caption as "they made it to London, toured the place (palace?) and took pictures at MT's" is more of a drivel and BS on your part. And you know it.
Tell me where their caption mentions Madam T's.
Madam T's is a very popular place where people go to take pictures with the wax figures of "big" names. So just the mere mention of Madam T's in a caption will need no further explanation. So for the benefit of those of us you referred to as 'blind' that would be our catch phrase.
So with nothing like that in the caption, the deception was palpable. So it is the intention to deceive people that the pictures were real that I was referring to as fraudulent.
'Fraudulent' meaning she meant to use the deception to sell records and by benefiting financially from the posting of those deceptive photos that is clearly in the realms of fraud.
So next time, it will be good for you to understand what a caption means. A caption under any circumstances should relate to the circumstance and not be left to anyone's interpretations. The owner should have control over it.
So in this case, I think they did know that they had control over it because they thought no one will be any wiser.
Any other caption under such a picture that does not mention "Madam T's" but instead talks about 'greater heights without struggle' considering the figures in this picture, was definitely meant as a promotion of her products which in this case are her songs.
So I still maintain that their action was fraudulent. Period.
So if you are their attorney, it will be better to advise them to stay away
such acts.
And for your information, one doesn't have to troll all pictures in the world to see or know about Madam T's popularity. All one needs is just follow the activities of one's favourite stars or popular persons.
We are in the age of where news and activities travel faster than the speed of sound or light. You just need to be 'hooked in'.
And yes... I am an honest person. And you can take that to the bank. Seriously...no drivel!!
