Despite Tekper not being an economist nor seem to grasp all that is going on with GHANA'S economy, what sets him apart which Mahama likes very much is that he is very honest and selfless guy, a man of integrity as compared to his predecessor, Kwamena Duffour...who carries himself about as a saint but has caused a lot of problems that Ghana is experiencing...e.g. Judgment debts...which has become a great embarrassment to the Mahama Administration and has tainted the great NDC party...

Besides, it seems that Tekperwith his accounting and tax background is devicing numerous ways to generate revenue for the state....that is why Mahama likes the guy so much...

The problem in Ghana is that most of the people with the academic qualifications to be minister of finance are all CORRUPT...

So the question is will you keep the honest guy who doesn't know it all or the Dr SoSoenSo who pretends to know it all but is very corrupt....

The guy simply does not understand the language of African economies. All that he knows is continuous taxing of the poor people, removal of subsidies and sale of Public properties. He is capitalist to the core than even the NPP. He does not understand the socialist agenda of the NDC. Sadly enough, Mahama will never listen to wisdom.

The SC determined that Woyome did not have a proper contract that passed constitutional muster.

These MOF officials should have stopped the payment which was not supported by documents and other back-ups

Even small-money Claimants from MOF whether on court judgement, Executive orders, certificates etc will tell you how they suffer for MOF’s strict adherence to audit rules and supporting papers.

How these Ministers relaxed with the Woyome case is a wonder. The guy just did not have proper documents. All his documents were comfort letters and introduction letters.

CP, ATTL, Waterville, SADA, GYEEDA etc are in the same category.

Those who still believe Seth Terkper is pure, strict and incorruptible must be revising their notes

Why should this president still maintain this guy to look after it?

WHAT BAR IS THIS TERKPER TALKING ABOUT HERE?

PRESIDENT'S DECISION TO RETAIN TERKPER RAISES EYEBROWS RATHER THAN ANY BAR,HE IS TALKING ABOUT.
I can hardly understand why this guy is still there,while things are still moving downhill.
I believe,MAHAMA cannot change him because he TERKPER knows all the secrets and bad deeds of the latter.
I am saying this because,NDC has changed FOUR MINISTERS WITHIN 5 1/2 YEARS IN POWER,IN THE HEALTH MINISTRY ALONE.
