No matter what happened here, courts of competent jurisdiction rule twice, once during Kuffour's time and also in Mills' time that the money be paid.

If we don't stop this hyper-partisanship, our country will continue to suffer. We can dispassionately discuss how "Holier than thou" Jerry's wife came to own the said company. That did and still does not pass the "smell test", however if someone takes a case to court and wins, we should respect that decision. That is rule of law. We may not like the judgment. This is all very odd - especially that it started under Jerry's government, failed under Mills, and is struggling under Mahama. Interestingly from 2008, judgement was issued and the exchange rate between the dollar and cedi was between 1.20 to 1.46 due to some excellent work by the 2008 government. It seems they even helped Konadu to get paid, but now we see another attempt by the same thieves. 4.15 million dollars back then was 5,81 million cedis. This means that if Lithur and Konadu are telling the truth, then Konadu was paid $1.55 million dollars which was about 2.17 million cedis. If that was the case, how come they could not get Mills to pay a measly 2 to 3 million cedis? In comparison to the other amounts of money wasted, this is small fry for NDC. Does any of this add up? Of course not. I wonder if Mills died from broken heart.

Nana Konadu must be made to refund the money or go to jail. When Rawlings was killing military officers like Colonel Roger Feli for obtaining GHC50 loan from the bank, his wife was scheming to collect $4.2m judgment debt from the court for 31 December Women's Movement.
What sort of nonsense is that. Is this what Jerry Rawlings called social justice? I think we need a better revolution to put things right. We can't countenanced this sort of robbery of state funds by the Rawlings family. This judgment debt is Day Light robbery and must be corrected. Greedy bastards!
