it seems corruption has eaten so deep into Ghanaians so much that people who are even the most educated to man institutions have become useless.they have lost their dignity to stealing everywhere they find themselves. they do this with impunity because there is no leader in Ghana and it s becoming a failed state.humans will behave the same everywhere but what makes the difference is rule of law.in a country like China where we always beg and borrow money from such officials would have been sentenced to death or long prison sentences to deter others but in Ghana not even a court trial let alone jailing. so why wont we produce educated theifs.

IN THE APPOINTMENT LETTER HOWEVER, HE/SHE SHOULD BE MADE TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE APPOINTEE WOULD BE ON PROBATION FOR A SPECIFIED PERION OF TIME UNTIL CONFIRMED.

WE CANNOT THEREFORE HAVE ACTING CEO AS A DESIGNATED POSITION.
WE MAY HOWEVER HAVE A DEPUTY CEO AS A DESIGNATED POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE.

Each and every government institution in the country is experiencing a lot of corruption and the ammendment of justice and punishment that can guarantee the state as well as us for "anything" has just been kept in the pocket of the pepeni. NDC rule under pepeni has now something called "re-shuffle" as a replacement for punishment to the upper class but the fate of a common person is ordinary. Since pepeni and ayigbe's mandates no one has been brought before their fate of wrong doing. This is a defined sequence of impishness which we must consider any force to halt it before we bring the country to a total destruction. When did we experience such a reckless ruling like this? Yes it's reckless because pepeni is not only useless but wicked.
