check the dictionary for the meaning of AFFORDABLE, maybe we are understanding it differently! If we buy and sell Ghanaian are prepared to live on ripping others like the price of cement then you will not be able to afford. also SSNIT putting up houses and then having the sole access to own them will not help Ghanaians. let us run survey as to those who own these houses and check with IRS whether they are paying the income tax equivalent to the investment they have made? GRA should be resourced to go after those Ghanaian who live affluent lifes and pay no TAX! JOHN put a commission together to get the laws to work
