  TOR shut down does not make sense. The government is preaching participate locally produced products yet shutters TOR and creates employment elsewhere instead of in Ghana. Not only that, the longer this lasts, the more skill sets we lose. Adze wo fie a oye.

  They spend all this money on gas/oil development, but instead of trying to vertically intergrate around this locally owned raw material (oil) by fixing TOR, and building gas/oil power plants, this gov't is now talking about spending $3billion on nuclear power.
  
  So why did we spend all that money on WAGP, on oil barges, all the money so far spent on TOR. All these people care about is their kickback from all these projects... borrow so we can take our cut, and who care what happens after
